This promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is jointly presented by Maxim Group and ForgeStop, Inc. in connection with their co-exhibit at GS1 Connect 2026 (June 9–11, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Nevada). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters.

ForgeStop and Maxim Group are joint co-sponsors of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Co-Sponsors" or "Sponsors") and share equal responsibility for the design, integrity, and lawful operation of the Sweepstakes. As an operational matter, ForgeStop serves as the data processor of record for entry information because the entry technology operates on the ForgeStop platform; this allocation does not affect the equal sponsorship status of either Co-Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Nevada residents are expressly eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

The Sponsors' computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside the applicable Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sweepstakes will conclude with the announcement of all winners on or about June 18, 2026.
Each Maxim × ForgeStop GS1 Connect 2026 promotional brochure (the "Brochure") contains an embedded Near-Field Communication ("NFC") tag. To enter the Sweepstakes online:
Each unique email address may submit one (1) entry per Entry Period. Duplicate entries from the same email address within the same Entry Period will be disregarded. Use of any automated system, bot, or script to enter or to submit multiple entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, network, or other communication malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications; or any combination thereof.
To enter the Sweepstakes without obtaining a Brochure or attending GS1 Connect 2026, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words "GS1 Connect 2026 Sweepstakes — Stage 1" or "Stage 2" (as applicable) on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope, with sufficient postage, to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable Entry Period and received by ForgeStop no later than three (3) business days after the close of the applicable Entry Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope and per stage. Mail-in entries are subject to the same one-entry-per-email-address limit as online entries.
Sponsors will conduct two (2) random drawings:
If no eligible entries are received in a given drawing pool, Sponsors reserve the right to draw a winner from the full pool of eligible Stage 1 or Stage 2 entries, as applicable. Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize across both drawings.
Winner selection will be by random method (e.g., automated random selection from a database of eligible entries, or equivalent random selection method). The decisions of the Sponsors regarding selection of winners and all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Each winner will receive one (1) Bose QuietComfort wireless headphones (the "Prize"), color and model to be selected by Sponsors.
NO CASH REDEMPTION. Under no circumstances will the Prize be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. No substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that the Co-Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value if any advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is awarded "as-is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsors. Any manufacturer warranty for the Prize is between the manufacturer and the winner. Any taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be notified by both of the following methods:
Winners must respond to the email notification and confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent. Winners may be required to provide the unique serial identifier encoded on or associated with their winning Brochure as part of identity verification.
If a selected winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) fails to respond within the seven (7) day response window; (iii) fails to provide acceptable verification; (iv) declines the Prize; or (v) is otherwise determined to be ineligible or disqualified, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, in Sponsors' sole discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period. As required by Nevada Revised Statutes § 598.0926 and analogous consumer protection laws, the approximate number of entries is not predetermined; Sponsors estimate that the total number of eligible entries will not exceed five thousand (5,000) for each Entry Period.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant they find to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) violating these Official Rules; (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (iv) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsors' control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is not a lottery and is not subject to the gaming or lottery laws of any state, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 463. No element of consideration is required to enter or win.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that ForgeStop will collect, use, store, and process the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
ForgeStop is the data controller for the personal information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form. Maxim Group may receive aggregated or de-identified entry data, and may receive identified entrant data only in connection with administering the Sweepstakes or where you have provided separate consent for joint marketing.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of certain disclosures. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, voice, likeness, hometown, biographical information, photograph, statements about the Sweepstakes and the Sponsors, and entry information by the Sponsors and their respective licensees and assigns, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, notification, permission, or approval.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind arising out of or in connection with:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall not exceed the ARV of one (1) Prize ($229). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to all entrants.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nevada residents retain any non-waivable rights afforded by Nevada law for activities occurring within the State of Nevada.

Requests must be received by ForgeStop no later than July 31, 2026.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed from these Official Rules. All other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to amend these Official Rules at any time prior to the close of the Stage 2 Entry Period, provided that material changes will be conspicuously posted on this Official Rules page. Continued participation in the Sweepstakes after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Official Rules.
